Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury retail team in Lynnwood, WA. You will welcome clients, process transactions at the POS, and keep the sales floor organized while supporting stock movements and visual merchandising.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong English, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires flexibility for a fast-paced environment and occasional lifting of duties as needed.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience or similar; luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Process shipments and organize stockroom; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels and visual merchandising updates on the sales floor.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
