Coach, a global fashion house and brand within the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking a Sales Support Associate for our Lynnwood, WA store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining an organized sales floor to ensure smooth product flow from receipt to sale.

You will welcome clients, act as a brand ambassador, operate POS systems, and assist with stock management and merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Proficient with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as a brand ambassador and engage with local market and social media.
• Operate POS accurately and manage cash wrap, following policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team to meet goals.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
