Job summary

Vilebrequin is seeking a passionate and people-focused Sales Supervisor to join its store leadership team. This onsite role supports store management with sales generation, operations, and compliance with company procedures, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will lead a team to deliver luxury service, foster a welcoming environment, and drive strong KPIs while upholding brand standards across in-store and digital clienteling channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of store leadership experience, preferably in luxury brands.
• 3+ years of luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store goals.
• Provide expert product knowledge to clients and coach the team in luxury clienteling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming, energetic in-store environment.
• Manage daily store operations and compliance with company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
