Responsibilities

• Lead by example in creating a professional, customer-centric selling environment.
• Maintain and build brand image through product knowledge and client development guidance.
• Measure customer satisfaction and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Ensure merchandise is presented per corporate directives and standards.
• Identify customer requests and merchandise opportunities for the Store Manager.
• Organize daily deliveries/stock room operations.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free store environment.
• Manage shop supplies and preventive controls.
• Support selling and servicing processes as needed.
• Coordinate with IT, Accounting, and Warehouse for escalations.
• Maintain in-stock availability for ongoing replenishment.
