Hermès Chicago Boutique is seeking a Selling Supervisor to lead the sales floor in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will work with the sales and selling support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving monthly and annual sales goals.

The role emphasizes inventory prep, VM-aligned merchandising, asset protection, and outstanding customer service. Candidates with 2+ years in luxury retail and strong communication thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to multi-task and balance collaboration with a team.
• Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Organize selling floor and ensure stock of bags, boxes, ribbons, and receipts per VM guidelines.
• Assist with inventory preparation and physical cycle counts.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM files for purchase history and after-sales support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation; support POS operations and end-of-day procedures.
• Adhere to asset protection guidelines and ensure proper ticketing and merchandise security.
