• Proficiency with retail operating systems including POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Meet company and personal sales goals by upholding Frette's selling ceremonies and fostering client relationships.
• Drive and exceed KPI goals by delivering the highest level of service to clients.
• Capture client data per CRM guidelines to enable authentic, personalized outreach.
• Handle client inquiries across email, phone, WhatsApp, and messaging.
• Process sales and register transactions, including cash and card payments.
