Job summary

Coach in Commerce, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience and contributing to store sales goals while supporting daily operations.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge, drive sales with cross-selling and upselling, and use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
Strong English proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Luxury retail background; social media savvy (preferred).

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain a high-energy floor, manage multiple customers, and assist teammates.
Complete daily operations and keep floor/stockroom organized.
