Job summary

Jil Sander is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and elevate client experiences in our Dallas store. The role focuses on coaching, clienteling, and using data to drive sustainable growth while maintaining an active personal client portfolio.

You will partner with Store Management to translate targets into daily actions, manage CRM activity, and ensure brand standards. This is a fast-paced retail leadership position within a luxury house.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling and leadership experience, luxury or retail preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong command of retail KPIs and commercial performance.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve and exceed store sales objectives.
• Coach Client Advisors on selling skills, clienteling, and KPI performance.
• Use data to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new hires.
• Partner with Store Management on performance evaluations and talent development.
