Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead on the sales floor and deliver a high-touch client experience in our Colorado Springs store. You will mentor Sales Associates, drive individual sales, and support opening/closing duties as Manager-on-Duty when managers are unavailable.

Compensation includes hourly base pay plus commission up to 4% based on store performance, plus a clothing allowance and merchandise discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high‑touch, client focused environment.
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling that reflects Veronica Beard experience.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Build and maintain an active client book through outreach and events.
• Develop knowledge of collections, fits, and styling to drive sales.
• Lead by example, mentor Sales Associates, and support store leadership.
