Job summary

Veronica Beard in Denver is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead the sales floor with hourly pay and commission-eligibility. You will spend most of your time with clients, styling and building lasting relationships while guiding the team to meet store sales goals.

As a leader on the floor, you mentor Sales Associates, open/close responsibilities, and act as Manager-on-Duty when needed. The role combines hands-on client service with operational oversight in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client focused environment.
• Previous keyholder or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion with clienteling is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling that reflects the Veronica Beard experience.
• Meet individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and driving store performance.
• Build and engage an active client book through outreach, follow-up, and events.
• Develop expert knowledge of collections, fit, and styling to drive sales.
• Lead by example and mentor Sales Associates on selling, styling, and clienteling.
• Support store operations including opening/closing and protecting assets.
