Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Columbus to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and contribute to brand loyalty through expert service and omni‑channel selling.

This role blends luxury retail standards with clienteling, data capture, and teamwork to drive revenue. The ideal candidate has 1+ year(s) in luxury sales, strong English, and comfort with live‑stream shopping or video demos.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations, including cash wrap and inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow policies.
