Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.E
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans to meet KPIs and team goals.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high energy level and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Assist with daily store operations and inventory tasks.
