As a brand ambassador, you will build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge, while using POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; live-stream/video experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Assist with inventory and store operations.
