Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
- Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
- Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Luxury retail background and social media familiarity are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador per style and service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
