Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate in Indianapolis to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. You will build lasting client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge, and cross‑selling, while using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to drive loyalty.

This role requires 1+ year luxury retail experience, strong English, and a professional, collaborative

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computing (iPad/laptop).
Ability to read price/release sheets and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and clienteling are pluses.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and advice.
Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; support daily store operations.
Maintain a clean, organized floor and assist with inventory and replenishment.
