The position requires 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience, POS proficiency, and strong English skills. Comfort with fast pace and ability to lift up to 25 lb is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Ability to lift, stand for long periods, and work in a fast paced luxury environment.
• Strong English proficiency and clienteling skills.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a luxury brand ambassador through personalized service.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools and participate in omni-channel activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized floor and assist with visual merchandising.
• Develop relationships, source new clients, and follow up to close sales.
