Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and professional demeanor.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
