Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations across luxury retail, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, while utilizing mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English language proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream/video demos preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
