Job summary

Neiman Marcus, a premier luxury retailer, is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and exceptional service, both in-store and digitally. The role reports to the Sales Manager and is onsite at the specified location.

You will engage clients with fashion authority, utilize the latest technology for outreach, and strive to meet personal sales and wardrobing targets while contributing to a high-energy, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
