Neiman Marcus, a leading luxury retailer, is hiring a Selling Advisor to build client relationships through elevated selling and top-tier service. Work is onsite with direct reporting to the Sales Manager in a dynamic luxury environment.

You will leverage technology and fashion knowledge to serve in-store and digital clients, meeting sales goals while delivering a personalized experience.

Qualifications

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• A flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to grow sales.
• Adapt presentation for remote or in-person clients.
• Use omni-channel tools to engage clients and manage inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
