Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This on-site role at our Chicago location involves speaking about fashion with authority, both in person and digitally, and reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will leverage technology and Wardrobing to drive sales and client loyalty, while delivering a superior luxury shopping experience to clients near and far.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience using technology and selling to clients with digital tools.
• Styling, fashion and fashion retail experience.
• Commission-based sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge; improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase products differently for remote vs in-person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell across omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize to increase productivity through wardrobing, outreach and technology usage.
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
