Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling and exceptional service, both in-store and digitally. The role focuses on styling expertise, brand knowledge, and using technology to enhance sales while delivering personalized customer experiences.

On-site role reporting to the Sales Manager, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, luxury retail environment across multiple channels and platforms.

Qualifications

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently for remote vs in-person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase productivity through wardrobing, outreach and tech usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
