Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. You will service clients in-store and digitally using the latest technology, becoming their trusted style confidante.

The role is onsite, reporting to the Sales Manager, with opportunities to advance within the luxury retailer across retail, distribution, digital, or corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• A flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
