Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman, a New York luxury retailer, is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales performance. You will combine product expertise with a consultative approach, engaging clients and leveraging clienteling tools to grow loyalty and repeat business.

You will actively participate in maintaining boutique appearance, promoting the InCircle program, and supporting events and trunk shows with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Motivated and results-driven
• Attention to detail essential in luxury retail
• Experience with commission-based sales preferred
• Previous retail experience required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and climb stairs as needed
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences.
• Follow up on customer requests and commitments to build loyalty.
• Leverage clienteling tools and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor.
• Ensure audit compliance and adapt to changing business needs.
