Kerzner International's One&Only Moonlight Basin is offering a Rooms Intern program designed to immerse students or recent graduates in luxury Rooms operations, including Concierge, Front Office, Host and Housekeeping. Participants will learn through hands-on exposure to guest needs, service standards, and operational workflows while contributing to a five-star guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or a recent graduate (within 2 years) of a university hospitality program.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum 3-month (90-day) internship.
• Prior working experience in hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Passionate about hospitality with an interest in developing a luxury hospitality career.
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Connectivity (Concierge): maintain knowledge of resort services and the local area, assist with personalized itineraries and recommendations.
• Front Office: support check-in/out, review guest profiles, deliver personalized arrivals, communicate with guests professionally.
• Host (Guest Services): provide resort information, escort guests, coordinate amenities and transportation, handle guest concerns with urgency.
• Other: perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
