Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley seeks a Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division, including Guest Services and Housekeeping, while upholding Forbes Five-Star standards and the resort’s distinctive Napa Valley hospitality.

This leader will drive guest-centric service, strategic planning, and disciplined financial performance, balancing exceptional care with efficient operations across all touchpoints of the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive Rooms leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple Rooms disciplines (Guest Services/Front Office and Housekeeping).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, labor, and expenses.
• Experience with Forbes Five-Star or comparable ultra-luxury service standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Rooms Division functions, including Guest Services and Housekeeping.
• Lead the Rooms Division as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping resort strategy and culture.
• Develop departmental priorities, standards, and accountability across Rooms operations.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and engage with guests and team members to observe operations.
• Ensure staffing levels align with occupancy, VIP activity, and business levels and drive continuous improvement.
