Job summary

Sofitel New York is offering a Rooms Manager-In-Training program designed for early-career hospitality professionals who seek hands-on learning in luxury hotel operations. Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree or coursework in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, internship, or operational experience is a plus.
• Genuine interest in building a career in luxury hospitality and Rooms Division operations.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how things work.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to understand Rooms operations.
• Learn Opera Cloud and hotel systems to support daily operations.
• Assist with coordinating guest requests between Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and other departments.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures and training materials.
• Support process improvement projects and report progress to Rooms leadership.
