Four Seasons Jackson Hole invites applications for a 12–18 month Manager in Training (MIT) program within the Rooms Division. Participants gain hands-on experience through rotations across Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping, developing leadership and operational skills.

The program emphasizes building a supervisor-ready profile, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and progressing toward managerial responsibilities while collaborating with hotel departments and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Two to three years of prior hospitality employment.
• College degree in Hospitality or related area.
• 12-18 month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations within Rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Support scheduling, payroll reviews, and staffing plans.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering for seamless guest service.
• Promote Four Seasons service standards and brand expectations.
• Participate in leadership meetings and special projects to gain broader exposure.
