Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking an Assistant Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Loss Prevention, and Guest Services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalency required.
• Two+ years in all aspects of Rooms Division in a 4-diamond property of similar size and quality.
• Forecasting, scheduling, and operating results analysis experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of a computer is necessary (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of front office and guest service operations to 4/5-star guidelines.
• Ensuring quality and productivity of housekeeping/laundry functions and stable workforce.
• Maintaining excellence in appearance of all areas throughout the hotel.
• Producing improvements in guest experience satisfaction metrics and associate satisfaction scores.
• Controlling payroll and direct expenses in line with budget and planning.
• Participating in weekly labor and financial meetings and budget development.
