Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in upscale hospitality, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with PMS systems is essential, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of upscale or luxury hospitality experience in Rooms Division.
• Supervisory or senior coordinator capacity preferred.
• Wage range of $25–$27 per hour.
• Hybrid/supervisory responsibilities involving coordinating rooms and housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor real-time room availability, arrivals, and maintenance status.
• Orchestrate complex room blocking and guest preference management.
• Maintain communication with Front Office to reconcile room requests and maximize availability.
• Coordinate room moves and upgrades to resolve conflicts and enhance guest experience.
• Use PMS to schedule and track daily workflows for Room Attendants and Supervisors.
• Serve as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office to expedite requests.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
