The role requires supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining safety standards while coordinating daily operations. You will train and coach team members, assign shifts, handle guest requests, and monitor supplies to control costs.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping staff with training and coaching to ensure efficiency.
• Inspect cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assign tasks, review special requests, and manage supply usage to control costs.
• Respond to guest requests and log items in Lost and Found to support guest satisfaction.
• Implement emergency procedures to protect guests, staff and assets.
