Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Philadelphia seeks a Team Manager to support the Director in leading sales, operations and security teams, and to step in when the Director is absent. You will mentor staff, elevate the guest experience, and drive client development while delivering Tiffany Touch moments.

Required: 3+ years in retail or luxury-store management, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and a college degree. Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting commercial targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve store commercial targets and profitability.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and drive development activities.
• Provide a strong management presence on the sales floor and ensure Tiffany client experience expectations are met.
