Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York and part of the Tapestry family. We are seeking a retail associate to warmly welcome clients, provide personalized service, operate POS, and support stock and merchandising.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods in a luxury environment. Responsibilities include assisting on the sales floor, promoting add-ons and gift cards, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Strong ability to use POS systems and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where allowed.
• Receive shipments, manage stockroom, and support merchandising updates.
• Assist on the sales floor and liaise with team and management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
