Kate Spade New York seeks an experienced Supervisor to energize our luxury retail floor. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and coach staff to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll manage opening/closing procedures, support recruitment, and ensure adherence to brand standards. The position emphasizes inclusivity, professional development, and delivering the “host of the party” service model.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU) and demonstrated customer service excellence.
