Job summary

CELINE Nashville is seeking a Selling Supervisor to mentor associates and drive an elevated luxury customer experience. You will oversee sales and category execution, uphold merchandising standards, and support daily supervision of the team.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, leveraging product knowledge, coordinating client relationships, and ensuring accurate POS and inventory processes. A background in luxury retail and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Position requires minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury retail setting
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages
• Action oriented; results driven; able to motivate others and build teams
• Customer service oriented; strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Lead and empower sales team to provide high quality customer service
• Coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service
• Effective utilization of POS system and inventory management functions
• Open and close the store following Company policies and procedures and make sure that tenders balance
• Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements
