Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Lead and empower sales team to provide high quality customer service and maximize results.
• Coordinate use of client resources (training tools, client books) to elevate service.
• Manage floor supervision to improve sales results and store operations.
• Partner with Visual Manager to uphold merchandising standards.
