Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer literate and able to use various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales targets and optimize performance.
• Lead and empower sales team to deliver elevated service.
• Coordinate client resources to enhance the customer experience.
• Oversee operations and ensure accurate POS and inventory management.
• Partner with Visual Manager to maintain merchandising standards.
• Develop staff through coaching and regular meetings.
• Ensure policy adherence and manage disciplinary actions if needed.
