Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in premium to luxury selling environment.
• Existing client base/book preferred.
• Must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deep connections with clients to drive repeat business and achieve sales goals.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and plan client appointments to maximize results.
• Inform clients about in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance engagement.
• Utilize technology to strengthen relationships and drive new client acquisition.
• Maintain broad product knowledge across all brand categories and stay informed to maximize selling potential.
• Address a client’s total wardrobe needs across all categories.
• Inform clients about brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer.
• Always put the client first when resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards and contribute to Stylist training.
