Job summary

Hublot Of America is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development to oversee Merchandising, Demand Planning, Strategic Analysis and Project Management for Americas wholesale and company-owned retail stores.

You will lead inventory strategies, participate in product buying, report on sales performance, and drive enhancements to forecasting tools while partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in retail or luxury goods.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance); MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience with Power BI, COGNOS, Salesforce.com, Anaplan and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales and profit growth through inventory planning and strategic alignment.
• Assess competitive positioning and guide pricing strategy for the Americas.
• Develop product, distribution and promotional strategies with sales and marketing teams.
• Define and implement commercial strategies for key accounts with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare and present sales analyses and reports for senior management.
