Job summary

Hublot North America in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Boutique Director to support the Boutique Director in daily operations, staff leadership and delivering luxury customer service. You will help maintain brand integrity, oversee displays, and drive sales performance in a flagship environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 5 years in retail, including 2+ years in management, with a strong grasp of timepieces and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Previous retail luxury experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role and previous experience in assisting manage a store required.
• Strong organizational skills; leadership and team management.
• High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of timepieces industry desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boutique Director in all operations of the boutique and staff management to maximize performance.
• Provide the highest level of customer service in all areas and maintain HQ brand integrity.
• Ensure daily displays follow HQ guidelines with regular rotation.
• Weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations; inventory and stock controls.
• Manage logistics of returns and after-sales inventory; assist in achieving financial targets.
• Support events, activations, Instagram updates, and CRM data management.
• Mentor Sales Associates on customer service and relationship building; act as on-floor manager when Director is absent.
