Moncler Group in New York seeks a Senior Wholesale Business Analyst to drive Americas wholesale performance with cross-functional collaboration and rigorous financial analysis.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide executive-ready insights to leadership, supporting forecasting, planning, and inventory productivity.

The role requires 3–5 years in analytics, luxury retail experience, and strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP skills, with on-site work at the corporate office in SoHo.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, planning, merchandising, wholesale operations, or commercial analytics.
• Experience within luxury retail, fashion, wholesale, or consumer goods preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, and commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze wholesale performance across customers, regions, product categories, channels, and seasons to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and distribute dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and business reports for Wholesale leadership.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting, including sales-to-stock, sell-through, and inventory productivity analyses.
• Monitor results against budget, forecast, and prior year; highlight opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Provide analyses and recommendations to leadership on initiatives and business models.
