SMCP is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor for Sandro/Maje at Bloomingdale's Boca Raton Town Center. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional client service while achieving sales targets in a luxury fashion environment.

You will coach associates, manage store operations, and maintain visual standards. The role offers competitive hourly pay with commission and benefits, including employee discounts and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with some supervisory background.
• Passion for fashion and Parisian chic and luxury retail.
• Strong communicator who is friendly, outgoing, and persuasive.

Responsabilités

• Lead clienteling and deliver personalized service to building strong client relationships.
• Coach and mentor associates to improve selling skills, service techniques, and product knowledge.
• Achieve personal sales targets while driving overall team performance.
• Oversee floor presence, replenishment, and inventory alignment with demand.
• Support opening/closing procedures and back‑of‑house processes.
