Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service with a polished presence.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships through follow-up and outreach.
• Strong attention to detail for personalization orders (monogramming, embossing).
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced Manhattan retail environment.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably luxury goods or gifting.
• Knowledge of leather goods and craftsmanship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism in a boutique setting.
• Share product knowledge on leathers, craftsmanship, and collections.
• Guide clients through monogramming and personalized gift options.
• Support in-store monogram events and seasonal gifting moments.
• Refer corporate gifting and bulk inquiries to the corporate sales team.
• Build lasting client relationships through clienteling and outreach.
• Process transactions, gift wrapping, and shipping requests accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a polished store.
• Assist with receiving, stock management, and inventory counts.
• Contribute to store sales goals and team targets.
