Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service with a polished presence.

• Strong attention to detail for personalization orders (monogramming, embossing).
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced Manhattan retail environment.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably luxury goods or gifting.
• Knowledge of leather goods and craftsmanship is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Comfort with POS systems and basic computer tools; clienteling app experience is a plus
• Prior retail sales experience, ideally in luxury goods, leather goods, accessories, or gifting
• Interest in craftsmanship, design, or heritage brands
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus
• Knowledge of or hands-on experience with leather monogramming, embossing, and hot stamping is preferred
