The ideal candidate will have a proven sales history of at least 1.5M+ in luxury retail and a passion for delivering exceptional service, creating a personalized and memorable experience for our esteemed customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by utilizing advanced product knowledge and refined selling techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized services, and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively engage with customers, address inquiries with utmost professionalism, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge and Brand Representation: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse range of luxury leather goods and associated products available in the department. Represent the brand’s legacy and values with integrity and passion, upholding the highest standards of service and presentation. Attend product training sessions and stay informed about the latest trends and collections in the luxury leather goods sector.
  • Client Development and CRM Management: Identify opportunities to cultivate existing clients and acquire new ones, maximizing sales potential. Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively to manage client information and communicate promotional activities and events. Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensuring products are displayed according to company guidelines. Contribute to inventory management processes including stock replenishment, transfers, and cycle counts. Adhere to loss prevention policies and report any discrepancies immediately to the management team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a demonstrated sales history of 1.5M+.
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for luxury leather goods and a strong understanding of the luxury retail market.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
  • Proficiency in using computers and POS systems.
