Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success. You will greet clients, operate the POS, maintain the sales floor, and assist with stockroom duties and visual merchandising updates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism at the sales floor
• Operate POS accurately and maintain the cash wrap
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and perform visual merchandising updates
• Support floor activities and respond to customer requests
• Report discrepancies and uphold loss prevention standards
• Collaborate with team and management as needed
• Maintain high housekeeping standards
