Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases, and maintain an organized, visually appealing store floor. The role emphasizes accuracy at the POS, stock handling, and collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in retail, an eye for fashion trends, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiar with cash registers, iPad/laptop, POS systems and basic IT.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain the cash wrap.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Replenish stock, update visual merchandising, and support floor activities.
• Capture customer information and promote gift cards when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure a smooth store operation.
