Coach in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate II. The role focuses on welcoming clients, processing sales at the POS, and keeping the sales floor organized. You will support stock flow, merchandising updates, and overall store efficiency while delivering exceptional service to luxury customers.

Requirements include 1+ year retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier/stock).
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and POS devices.
• Basic computer skills including iPad/laptop use and Internet.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and anticipate needs.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and report discrepancies.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Support stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
