Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience operating POS systems and mobile devices for transactions.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with social media and live‑stream shopping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily store operations, including cash wrap, stock movement, and merchandising.
• Ensure the sales floor and stockroom stay clean, organized, and properly stocked.
