Marc Jacobs International in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Sales Supervisor to support management with daily store operations, drive sales, and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead on-floor initiatives, ensure brand standards, and deepen client relationships through styling expertise and proactive follow-up.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail with a focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Delivers Excellence and customer-centric approach.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; embraces change while honoring brand DNA.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming.
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Guide client journey and follow up on inquiries and events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe and brand pillars.
• Open and close the store per Marc Jacobs procedures.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
